Direct Imaging on Acrylic Substrates
People prefer life to be free of complications. That truism also applies to model makers. The Model Shop’s craftsmen were temporarily stumped by the unusual request of a NY architect to provide window panes showing a graduated white border. AllOut-Graphics was called upon to meet this challenge by “direct imaging” an opaque white halftone onto thin gauge translucent Lexan. Each of the 45 13″ x 19″ units accommodated 45 individual windows.
